People who are superstitious would enjoy a story with ghosts. The use of ghosts got both the wealthy and poor viewers into the storyline. Three Kinds of Ghosts: 1. Demonic- Try to trick you 2. Unsettled spirits- Feel that they have unfinished business 3. Omen- Predicts the future Horatio: Educated in schools in Denmark, but also educated in Latin Because he was educated in Latin, he can speak to the ghosts (the Bible was written in Latin and he would recite lines from the Bible to the ghost. |
